Section 70
Powers that can be delegated
: (1) The Government of Nepal may delegate any or all powers other than the power to make rules acquired by it under this Act to be exercised by the Director General.
(2) The Director General may delegate any authority obtained under sub-section (1) to the Regional Director or any other officer with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
